Within High Ride can be found 2 of the very latest in 'state of the art' painting lines, including full wet painting, powder coating, clear coating and a whole host of special technique finishes, frames are treated in Acid and phosphated, and a strict QC procedure ensures a perfect paint finish every time. Parts are stored and moved around the Factory on computer controlled overhead lines to minimise handling and thus offering more protection to the finished Bicycle.
